You can write to us about:
Plumbers in our network run independent businesses. Each is responsible for its own estimates, pricing, work and customer service. If you have a problem with work in your home, the usual first step is to raise it with the plumber directly and keep a written record.
Please still let us know. Feedback about providers helps keep our network honest, and providers who repeatedly fall short of our expectations may be removed from it. Keep in mind that Revenueshirts Plumbing cannot settle contract disputes, issue refunds for a provider's work or make decisions on a provider's behalf.

We will confirm receipt by email. Then we will look into what happened, which may include contacting the provider. Afterward we will reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.
If our reply does not settle things, write back and ask us to take another look. You can also reach out to your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or to your local Better Business Bureau. For concerns about the plumbing work itself, your state or local plumbing licensing board may be able to help.
